Who Are We?

The Maureen E. Nolan Foundation which is the project of long time New York Radio Personality Joe Nolan and his family.  Named after Joe’s mom who was a Catholic school teacher at Holy Trinity School is Westfield, New Jersey for 18 years until her death in 1982.  The goal of the Foundation is to assist graduates of New Jersey Catholic High Schools with tuition to attend an accredited, 4 years, institution of higher learning.  In addition, we will also assist a graduate of Holy Trinity School in Westfield attend a Catholic High School of that students choice.  Fundraising events include Joe Nolan’s Half a Golf Outing which will take place at Hyatt Hill Golf Club on October 21, 2021.  More details on our events page.  Full details will be posted next Spring.  Once again this year, Joe Nolan’s 5th Annual First Day of Summer on May 27, 2022 at the Crabs Claw Inn in Lavallette.  Click HERE for more information on all of our events!!!

Joe Nolan’s 4th Annual First Day of Summer to Benefit the Maureen E Nolan Foundation will be BACK in Lavallette!!!  We will return to the Crab’s Claw on Friday May 28th at 1pm.  Starring Country Music's Rob Snyder!!  Musical Guests will include The Captain and O’Neill and Mike Rocket.  And as always, Joe Nolan’s Salute to summer.  May 28th, 1pm, OUTSIDE, at The Crab’s Claw Inn located on Rt.35 North in Lavallette    

Foundation Scholarships Awarded

The Maureen E. Nolan Foundation presented its first scholarships Thursday in Mountainside.  The winners, Amy Moore of Mother Seton Regional High School and Melanie Valliciergo Mt St Mary Academy.  Full Story on the News Page...
